Our high yarn count produces a much finer and soft fabric, which makes for a better printing surface. Our durable shirts stand up beautifully to constant wash and wear, unlike most other blank t-shirts that wear out after a few washes.

VALUE ADDED

- Our fabric is finished with a maximum silicon softener treatment, giving it a more luxurious look and feel. This also makes the fabric a better surface for printing.

- We use clear elastin shoulder tape to increase the strength of the seams on the shoulder. The tape keeps the seams from stretching out and the thread from breaking.

To satisfy our customers and to stay on top in the increasing competition we keep our prices low. At TQM we have buying power, which enables us to attain supplies at a cut cost and directly pass the savings onto you. We also developed our own custom size fabric to further lower costs. Here's how we let you in on the savings:



In conventional fabric the width is 60". Only 72% of the fabric is utilized because of the way in which the patterns fit into the width. We didn't like the idea of wasting so much fabric so we custom-sized our fabric to get more use out of it. Each type of fabric has different dimensions, specially calculated to produce more with less waste. This is how we can make more using less fabric and offer our products at a lower price.

Our garments are made in our in-house sewing facility in Los Angeles, California - sweatshop free, of course. We have a state-of-the art computerized pattern and marking system, which gives our shirts a more precise fit and consistent quality. This allows for better quality control and lowers the production cost. Once again, we pass the saving on to you.
